TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WAQAF PERAK AR-RIDZUAN SYSTEM

1.	This system are developed specifically for user to pay waqf with Majlis Agama Islam Dan 'Adat Melayu Perak (MAIPk) and also suit to any waqf under T&C Waqaf Perak Ar-Ridzuan.
2.	MAIPk party is entitled to use the information provided by the users in this system for useful purposes and also for any purpose as long as not contrary to Sharia and Malaysia's Law.
3.	Users are not entitled to use this system as a platform to establish a business or the like.
4.	MAIPk has the right to deprive your advantage as a user on any concerns or any probability that affect the MAIPk.
5.	Endowments paid will be donated permanently to the welfare of Islam under the auspices MAIPk.
6.	Limit cash waqf is not restricted and endowment limit on certain assets is subject to the assets value.
