Bagan Serai, 08 September 2016 - A total of 60 candidates Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) leavers 2016 from eleven schools in the Kerian district has been joined the Mumtaz Program in Kerian district.

The program has been going on for three days and two nights on 06hb until 08th December 2016 at the School of Abu Bakar Al-Baqir in Bagan Serai.

English program for SPM leavers 2016 is one of program under Waqf Perak Ar-Ridzuan (WPAR) project of knowledge waqf - Mumtaz program. This program involves cooperation between the Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Melayu Perak (MAIPk), Scye Global Education Sdn Bhd and Kerian District Education Office

The participants from among students who are at average in their English proficiency were selected.

This program has given exposure and a deeper understanding of the techniques to answering MUET for tertiary students and expressed interest in learning English.

In addition, the provision RESUME and techniques to answer interview questions are also disclosed.

Knowledge Waqf-Mumtaz Program implemented at this time, is the third program after it is successfully implemented specifically for students taking the UPSR and SPM. Kerian district was selected to be the first area of the English program. This program will be expanded to the entire state in the future by looking at the potential for waqf fundraising growing in this country.

The closing ceremony was officiated by Mr. Suhaimi bin Yusoff (General Manager, Management and Development Mal and Waqf) and was attended by Hj Abdul Wahid bin Ramli (Chief Education Officer Kerian), officials MAIPk, district officers Kerian and teachers















Ipoh, 16 October 2016 (Sunday) – a total of 43 people missionaries (Mubaligh) and Penggerak of Perak State proponent participated in training course Instructors Knowledge Al-Quran by using the method of Abahata Al-Jabari. This program is one of the project Waqaf Perak Ar-Ridzuan (WPAR) launched on 7 April 2016. The course was held for two days on up to 16 October 2016 in Institut Latihan Perkhidmatan Awam (ILPA), Ipoh.

 

This pilot programme has been undertaken jointly between Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Melayu Perak (MAIPk) and the Institut Pengajian Al-Quran (IPAQ) and Jabatan Agama Islam Perak (JAIPK). Through this program, the missionary who has undergone the course will be sent to help converts and native Muslims read the Quran using the method of learning the Quran that quick and easy. This method aims to eradicate illiteracy Quran and strengthening basic reading of the Quran.

 

The course lasts for 2 days, was filled with very interesting slots and structured. Among them the introduction of a method of reading the Qur'an Abahata, slot Tahsinul Qiraat conducted by Champion Of International Al-Quran Reading Competition as well as national and micro teaching ' slot '.

Wakaf development and Advancement of the Quran is an initiative of the MAIPk to spread wide knowledge of the Quran in the life of the ummah through learning, study, understanding, appreciation and knowledge of the Quran pengaplikasian regardless of the boundaries of age and standard of living.

The closing ceremony was officiated by Ybhg. Dr Amiruddin bin Muhamed, Chief Executive Officer MAIPk. Also present were Deputy Chairman of IPAQ Dr. Tajuddin Jali, officers MAIPK and JAIPK.










A visit to the Office of fisheries districts of Kuala Muda Kedah was held on 28th September 2016 for Waqf boat. The purpose of this visit was to get information about the boat used by the fishermen to go down to the sea as well as management of the catch obtained.

 

The visit began with a briefing given by the Fisheries districts of Kuala Muda which Mr Wan Johari , followed a briefing from the Chairman of the Association of Fishermen Area of Kuala Muda. Based on the information obtained, found almost 97% of employment of the population in Kuala Muda is a hundred percent as fishermen and fishermen comprise the Malays. A total of 800 fishermen registered licensed class A and nearly 400 fishermen own a private boat. A boat which is used by fishermen is the type of fiber with an area of 30 x 8 feet and 115 horsepower engines.

 

Later, we brought to Market Complex Bisik Fish to see the method very units and cannot be found anywhere else. The fisherman catches obtained are sold to wholesalers based on agreement price is being offered. Visits at this time ended with see manufacturing fiber boat operated by one hundred percent handicrafts locals. The visit was attended by Dr Amiruddin Bin Muhamed Chief Executive Officer MAIPk, MAIPK officials and also representatives from the State Fisheries Department.

Brief information: this Program involves cooperation between MAIPk and Manjung District Education Office. A total of 113 students involved from two schools namely SMK

Dato Idris and SMK Pantai Remis. The participants were given guidance about tips and techniques to answer examination questions correctly from excellent teachers from

around the State of Perak. In addition to the focused academic, of the participants were also trained to Fardh prayer, tazkirah and read surah al-Mulk in the evening.
